I have been training in martial arts since 2006 - primarily BJJ and Muay Thai. When I tried my first class, I had no clue the impact it would have on my life, and never dreamed I would one day earn my black belt, but I did! My training has given me a sense of empowerment and self-confidence that I never knew was possible. It has also kept life interesting, as I'm always looking for ways to improve my technique and help my students reach their full potential. As an instructor, I strive to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can learn, grow, and have fun. I love teaching everyone, but particularly women of all ages, how to defend themselves and become the best version of themselves. Teaching is not just a job for me, it's a passion and brings fulfillment to my daily life.
